Higo Blue SL uses your contact details, payment references, project description, floor plans and photographs to respond to enquiries and provide the design service you request.

Your private design space

We use a secure email link to verify your identity. Essential sign-in cookies keep your session open. Your room brief and uploads are available to you and authorised Higo Blue team members. Please avoid uploading identity documents, financial information or photographs of other people without their permission.

Payments, storage and email

Stripe processes payments and invoices. Higo Blue does not receive or store your full card details. Our website uses OpenAI Sites hosting, Cloudflare database and private file storage, and Resend to deliver sign-in and service emails. Submission emails to our team include your form information and protected file links.

Keeping and managing your information

We retain information while it is needed to deliver your service, respond to requests and meet our record-keeping obligations. We do not use your brief or room photographs in public marketing without your permission. Contact sophie@higoblue.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to discuss any privacy concern.

Payments and tax records may need to be retained separately from design files. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list when you book or enquire.
